ABOUT THE SPACE
The RICKHOUSE is our private event space, located in the same building as Burg & Barrel at 7042 W. 76th Street Overland Park, Kansas 66204.
GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS
The space can accommodate up to 55 seated guests or 90 standing (mingling). You will enjoy your own private service staff along with a private bathroom. We are the perfect location for work events, birthday parties, sporting events, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, or any social celebration.
The space offers a large 110” HD projection screen with HDMI plugin multimedia applications. Perfect for presentations or slideshows. In total, the space has 6 flat screen TVs to cheer on your favorite team.
PRICING
MENU MINIMUMS
A $500 food & beverage minimum purchase is required for daytime events events from 11am- 4pm. There is a $1000 food and beverage minimum purchase for night events from 5pm- 10pm. If the minimum purchase is not reached organically, the remaining balance will be added to the host’s tab before tax and gratuity.
GRATUITY & TAX
A 5% admin gratuity and a 9.1% sales tax will be added to event total after the minimum has been met.
Q&A
DEPOSIT
A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event’s date. The deposit is to be paid through a secured payment link on our Triple Seat event booking platform. We do not accept cash or check as a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable but any remaining funds WILL be applied to the final bill. If the event is cancelled the deposit can be applied for a future event.
SET UP
The space will be clean and will include tables, chairs, plates, and
silverware. You are welcome to arrange the layout to best fit your event needs. This is not the
responsibility of our staff provided for your party. Decorations are allowed except for rice, confetti,
and glitter.
AMENITIES
A dedicated, on-site host and service team throughout your event. Private event menu with food and drink options. 110' large-screen TV for entertainment and/or presentations with HDMI access. Private restroom facilities for your guests. Free Wi-Fi. Your own private access for easy set up and breakdown of your event.
