ABOUT THE SPACE

Introducing The RICKHOUSE, our exclusive private event space conveniently situated within the same building as Burg & Barrel at 7042 W. 76th Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66204.

GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS

The RICKHOUSE can comfortably accommodate up to 55 seated guests or 90 guests standing for mingling. Your event will be attended to by a dedicated private service staff, and we provide the convenience of a private bathroom. Our versatile venue is perfect for a wide range of occasions, including work events, birthday parties, sporting gatherings, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, and any other social celebrations you have in mind.

The space is equipped with a sizable 110” HD projection screen featuring an HDMI plugin for multimedia applications, making it ideal for presentations or slideshows. Additionally, we have a total of 6 flat screen TVs available, so you and your guests can cheer on your favorite teams in style.

PRICING

MENU MINIMUMS

A $500 food & beverage minimum purchase is required for daytime events events from 11am- 4pm. There is a $1000 food and beverage minimum purchase for night events from 5pm- 10pm. If the minimum purchase is not reached organically, the remaining balance will be added to the host’s tab before tax and gratuity.

GRATUITY & TAX

A 5% admin gratuity and a 9.1% sales tax will be added to event total after the minimum has been met.

STAFFING FEE

To secure staff for your event's date, a $200 per server non-refundable deposit is mandatory. This deposit must be made through our secure payment link on the Triple Seat event booking platform. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned. This goes directly to staff to and will not be apart of your final bill. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit can be applied to a future event reservation.

SET UP

The provided space will be clean and furnished with tables, chairs, plates, and silverware for your convenience. Feel free to arrange the layout according to your event requirements; however, please note that our staff will not be responsible for handling the layout during your party.

You are welcome to decorate the space as per your preference, with the exception of rice, confetti, and glitter, which are not allowed. We want to ensure a tidy and safe environment for all attendees.

AMENITIES

During your event, you will have a dedicated service team to cater to your needs. We offer a private event menu with a wide selection of food and drink options to choose from. For entertainment and presentations, you'll have access to a 110' large-screen TV with HDMI connectivity. Your guests will have the convenience of private restroom facilities. Wi-Fi will be available for everyone attending. Additionally, you'll have your own private access, making set up and breakdown of your event hassle-free.
