Everything we use is produced right here in KC! Burg & Barrel has been keeping it local since 2013!
Now as far as what to put on the burger... that's up to you! Start with the freshly ground CAB burger.
Maybe add some smoked bacon, cheddar and a house made bourbon glaze? Or kick it up with some sriracha, peanut butter and an over easy egg ?
The burger can be as unique as the individual ordering it. There is no wrong way to eat a burger!

Jake envisioned the development of a local restaurant group founded upon key principles of integrity and innovation with a passionate desire to put the customer experience first. With an extensive background in the industry, Jake’s unwavering determination and no-nonsense approach helped to pave the way for the Burg & Barrel. Burg & Barrel now encompasses two restaurants which include both Burg & Barrel locations in Overland Park, Leawood, a private event space named the Rickhouse, and the newly launched Burg Food Truck. Jake resides locally with his wife, Mandy, and three children in Lenexa, Kansas.

Mandy first established herself in the service industry at Jerry's Bait Shop, a popular live music venue in Lenexa. She quickly moved from serving to bartending and then to managing in an astonishingly short time frame. After moving to Lee's Summit to operate a new store, she found herself ready for the next step in her career. She opened her own bar in the Crossroads District of downtown Kansas City. Shortly after, she teamed up with Jake and together they created the Burg & Barrel concept. Mandy's original vision has been successfully translated into each location marked by excellent customer service, dynamic menus, and signature craft beverages.

Ulises has always been involved in the restaurant industry and has worked in various restaurant kitchens in both Kansas and Missouri. As the Executive Chef for Burg & Barrel, he oversees kitchen operations for all locations. Ulises’ passionate commitment to excellence carries through in his fine eye for detail and commitment to quality. His rapid ability to organize and mobilize kitchen staff makes him a valued and respected leader in the industry. A true visionary, he is thorough in his assessment of quality and proficiency.
