What type of donations does Burg & Barrel consider?

1. Community and charitable organizations in the cities where we operate.

2. Silent auction donations and sponsorships. Burg & Barrel does not participate in food donations or food sampling.

Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we ask that you MAIL SUBMISSIONS with a self addressed stamped envelope to Burg & Barrel Admin Office-7040 W. 76th Street Overland Park, KS 66204.

We recommend submitting your request at least two months prior to your event/deadline.

When will I know if my request was accepted?

We'll respond to your request as soon as we're able.

Please do not call or email to inquire about or follow up on this request.

If you do not receive a response to your request, you can assume that your request will not be funded.
